Business hours: Wednesday 2:30pm-7:00pm, Thursday 9:00am-1:30pm

Parking and clinic entrance: The clinic is located at 34899 high drive. Please park on the left side of the driveway behind the black suv/grey truck or use street parking. The entrance to the clinic is on the left side of the house, before the gate.

Zero tolerance for illness in the clinic.

Limit of 1 appointment per week.

At this time I accept payment in the form of direct billing, credit card or interact e-transfer I am currently direct billing to Pacific blue cross, Medavie Blue cross and Telus e-claims (Manulife, Canada life etc.). A valid credit card is required to be on your file to secure your appointment, Your credit card will not be charged except in violation of the 48 hour cancellation policy. Please note that direct billing to Medavie RCMP and Veterans Affairs requires a doctors note.

Registered Massage Therapy

Rachel graduated from the registered massage therapy program at Vancouver College in 2019 and has been practicing for almost 5 years.

In her practice, Rachel has enjoyed treating all kinds of people, bodies and conditions. She has experience in pre and post natal massage, chronic pain management, TMJ dysfunction, post surgical rehabilitation, nerve dysfunction and pain, autoimmune condition management, migraine management, arthritis management, sports injuries and a variety of other conditions. Rachel prioritizes using an evidence based approach. She is frequently reading new research, learning new techniques and will take the time to patient specific research to provide the best care. 6

Rachel strongly believes in providing a place of inclusivity, body positivity and validation. Being apart of the 2slgbtqia+ community herself, Rachel has a strong passion for advocating for and treating others in the queer community. Please feel free to reach out if there is anything she can do to help the clinic feel like a safer space for you.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending her time with her wife and dog, as well as family and friends. She enjoys walks with her golden retriever Goose, Gardening, yoga, swimming and baking. She has a great understanding for how exhausting it can be to manage your own self care, and hopes that she can contribute to your personal journey of wellness in a meaningful way.
